Limitations

• Limited to one ecosystem: Rapidbench currently covers NVIDIA's Jetson and IGX hardware and their partners. It's a good starting point, but it only represents a small part of the electronics industry.
• The catalog needs regular updates: We've verified product details against datasheets and fixed the errors we found. However, partners keep releasing new products, so the catalog and reference answers need regular updates. Some errors may still slip through.
• Only 122 queries: The benchmark covers different query types and product categories, but some have very few queries. This means a single query can have a big impact on their scores.

Future work

We want to grow Rapidbench in the same directions. That means bringing in more manufacturers and catalogs beyond NVIDIA's ecosystem, keeping the catalog current as new products launch, and adding more queries so every query type and product category is well represented. We'll also keep adding new models as they come out. Future versions will test how task-specific harnesses like the Rapidflare agent handle even more complex electronics queries.
