    Rapidflare's chatbots can be accessed through the Rapidflare Dashboard, Mobile applications, and Chat interfaces like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
  • Why is a human in the loop important for accuracy?
    Human review and fine tuning helps minimize errors and ensures the system delivers relevant results, and is the first step in the process to reduce hallucinations and inaccuracies in Large Language Models. We also automate parts of how humans review our model's performance, so we can run it continuously.
  • Is there an extra fee for human verification?
    No, our comprehensive service includes validation, monitoring, retraining, and human verification at no additional cost.
  • Why can't I just use ChatGPT or Bard, or an open source LLM?
    Off the shelf chatbots have their knowledge cut off and thus cannot provide responses grounded in real-time context. Even if they can integrate with your corporate knowledge sources, it is typically a one time or manual process and thus limited in use. The real value is not from manually asking questions to an off the shelf chatbot. The value is in having a continuous deployment of assistants (note, not just chatbots, but assistants) that are continually, accurately grounded in your business' knowledge as well as aligned to your goals. In addition, extracting, cleaning and processing unstructured knowledge in a way that LLMs can truly provide highly accurate results is still a developing science and art. Last but not the least, deploying an open source LLM is indeed an option if your enterprise has capacity needed to stand up the full architectural stack and productize their capabilities.

    Customer support is included in the monthly subscription without extra fees.

    We currently guarantee an uptime of 99% and seek to achieve 99.99% soon.
  • Is my data safe with Rapidflare?
    Your data is yours. We do not share your data with anyone and we don't train our models using your data. The data we ingest is stored securely in our database backed by enterprise grade security. All access to our LLM and AI infrastructure is logged and monitored. All access to our copilots are protected by enterprise grade security. You control user authorization for your organization.
  • How does Rapidflare keep up to date with my information sources?
    Our system updates on a customizable schedule, processing only the new or changed information from your documents, ensuring your data is always current and accurate. You can always disconnect and purge a source from our system, or bring it back online. You can also target our copilots to a specific subset of sources, thus creating deeper experts within those sub domains of knowledge vs. one generic expert across all of your types of knowledge.
